I truly enjoyed the hotel during my 1-day stay. the hotel was fairly clean and had a comfy and convenient location near a TownePlace establishment. - the venue was close to restaurants and the Westfield mall. - Café Voyager Craft Coffee, located 1 mile away, was a nice surprise.

Fairly clean, good value hotel, its location was favourable and just next door to supermarket and restaurants and the Westfield mall or that general area and the airport. The staff was friendly and pleasant providing assistance. I had a such wonderful stay here and would definitely stop here again.

I will certainly stay here again. The hotel is clean and in a particularly good and easy location. The rooms are functional and cozy with a kitchenette and blackout blinds. The staff is pleasant and ready to assist. Loved being next to the Westfield mall and nearby stores.

Friendly and accommodating staff made our stay at Towneplace Suites a great experience. We were pleasantly surprised to find a small goodie bag waiting for us in our room, complete with a refreshing bottle of tea and snacks. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had a well-prepared small kitchenette. The location was convenient, just a short distance from the highway and only 8 minutes from the airport. The hotel was also well-secured with card access to the rooms. The complimentary breakfast offered a variety of options, including waffles, fruit, oatmeal, granola. we were pleased with our stay and would recommend this hotel for its friendly service and comfortable amenities.

Towneplace Suites San Jose Cupertino deserves its 3 stars. The hotel provides plenty of extra supplies like a flat-screen television, a sitting area, and a writing desk. We were also pleased to find a shower and hair dryers in our room. Additionally, the location was convenient as there was a restaurant, Demiya, just steps away from the hotel.

The staff here was very helpful and attentive, and we really appreciated the blackout blinds in the rooms for a good night's sleep during our stopover.

The location of this hotel is excellent, with easy access to the Westfield mall and other popular areas in West San Jose. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the bathroom was spacious and stocked with necessities. The staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast offered a variety of options to choose from. The kitchen in the room was equipped with a convenient paper towel fan fold, making it easy to clean up after meals. the facilities and room advantages at this hotel were impressive.

There was one minor downside to this hotel - the gym was quite small and may not accommodate all guests during peak hours.
